It was all glitz and glamour at this year’s Mercedes Benz African Fashion Festival 2015 “World Edition” which took place at World Trade Centre Accra between 30th and 31st May 2015.

The event brought together designers and models drawn from all over the world including Asia, Africa and Europe.  With the idea of the ‘global community’ in mind, the 2015 edition of the fashion festival was tagged: “The World Edition”.

The event showcased some of the world’s most innovative fashion brands such Palse SA from South Africa, Deleti Bags from Belgium, RKM from Australia, Joro Clothing from Uganda.

Ghana was represented by design houses such as Kustom Looks,Adwoa Yeboah , and Onyasani.

The two-day event included runway shows, style advice seminars and exhibition of the world’s best-loved labels.  In attendance were dignitaries including Czech ambassador to Ghana HE Gita Fuchsova and representatives from South African High Commission in Ghana.

He also commended WTC Accra for providing a splendid venue with state of the art equipment and support services which considerably led to the success of the event.

The event was telecasted live on several fashion channels across Africa.
